After a long time I returned to Havalgi early this year, back to the blue door and the quiet sky. The Bhima shimmered in the distance like before, and I watched the river with another's eyes this time around, renewing my memories of the old, and looking forward to the new.
When everything comes to an end, everything has to start anew. It is the way of the world.
It is good to begin the new year on this reflective mood. Nothing is the same, the eyes that perceive and the mind that grapples is always shifting - the dynamics of life hinges on this flux. Thanks for setting me think. Happy New Year.

ReplyDeleteTo Cuckoo: Thank you. Before they used to be of copper, even now they are, especially when used to draw water from deep wells. The plastic ones would not last the impact on the walls as they're drawn up by the ropes.

It is indeed a delightful feast spread across to me, by a frail bend of the forest, I stopped for a while in disbelief, as the forest murmurs with more a pleasant surprise ahead...I am mesmerised, a tiny curvaveous bend has the bundle of nerves to terminate my journey forever!
I stumbled upon your space when I was googling...have still not explored ur space fully yet, but found myself mystified by the images...how cruel u can be, you trapped her, the nature at her most pleasant moods...
